Overview
Affiliate marketing is a critical acquisition channel for iGaming businesses. But scaling affiliate operations across multiple casino brands requires more than competitive deals and a growing partner network.

Mint Group developed a centralized affiliate marketing infrastructure designed to support several digital casino brands through one connected operational system. The project brought together brand positioning, partner acquisition, campaign management, performance analytics, and commercial operations to create a scalable acquisition engine.

By connecting marketing and product teams with shared data and commercial objectives, the system enabled each brand to maintain its own market positioning while benefiting from a unified acquisition infrastructure.

The Challenge

Managing affiliate acquisition across multiple brands creates operational complexity. Each product has its own positioning, target markets, commercial offers, and performance objectives.

Without a centralized structure, affiliate teams often operate across disconnected reporting tools, fragmented communication channels, and inconsistent campaign workflows.

The challenge was to build a marketing infrastructure capable of supporting multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining clear performance visibility, consistent partner management, and individual commercial strategies for each product.

The system also needed to support rapid onboarding, customized affiliate deals, and continuous optimization based on traffic quality and long-term player value.

Our Solution

Mint Group designed and implemented an integrated affiliate marketing system connecting commercial management, brand communications, performance analytics, and product operations.

The project was built around four interconnected areas.

Brand & Partner Experience

We developed the affiliate program's positioning, visual identity, digital presence, and communication framework, creating a consistent experience across partner acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration.

Acquisition & Campaign Management

We established the processes required to manage affiliate partnerships across different traffic sources and target markets. Commercial teams were equipped to structure CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals based on brand objectives and partner performance.

Tracking & Performance Analytics

We connected affiliate tracking, campaign reporting, and product analytics to provide visibility into traffic quality, registrations, first-time deposits, acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.

Retention & Revenue Optimization

Acquisition data was connected with product, CRM, retention, and VIP teams to evaluate performance beyond the initial conversion. This allowed commercial decisions to account for the long-term value generated by different partners and traffic sources

The result was a unified affiliate infrastructure designed to support multiple brands without duplicating teams, processes, or reporting systems.

Measurable Results

Within the first 90 days, the centralized acquisition system supported the launch of a multi-brand affiliate operation and established a consistent framework for partner management and campaign performance.

Shared reporting enabled teams to identify high-value traffic sources, adjust commercial terms, and optimize acquisition strategies based on product-level performance.

The integrated model reduced duplicated workflows, improved partner onboarding, and connected acquisition decisions with long-term revenue objectives.
